On May 6, 2021, Douglas G. Beck notified Hub Group, Inc (“Company”) of his decision to resign from the position of Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company, effective June 4, 2021, in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Beck’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company.
The Company has initiated a search for a new Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
